1 Consultant Psychiatrist Post (1) Gen.- 1
Qualification: Essential:- MD in Psychiatry or equivalent degree from institution recognized by Medical Council of India/Haryana. Desirable: 2 years experience of working as a specialist in a hospital
Age : Up to 65 years.
Entry Level Pay (Per Month) : (Negotiable)
2 Monitoring and evaluation Officer Post – (1) Gen.- 1
Qualification : Essential (i) Graduation in any subject from a recognized university. (ii) Hindi/Sanskrit up to matric. (iii) Knowledge of window based packages/application, One Year Computer certificate course from recognized Board/Institution is required. Desirable: (i) Two year experience of working in a health care institution.
Age : 18 to 42 Years
Entry Level Pay (Per Month) : Rs. 12500/-
3 Case Registry Assistant Post – (1) Gen.- 1
Qualification: Essential:- Higher Secondary and knowledge of windows based packages/applications, One Year Computer certificate course from recognized Board/Institution is required. Desirable: 1 Year experience of working in a health care institution.

Qualification : Essential (i) Bachelor’s Degree OR Recognized sanitary inspector’s course. (ii) Certificate course in computer operation (minimum 2 months). (iii) Permanent two wheeler driving license & should be able to drive two wheeler (iv) Hindi /Sankrit upto matric. Desirable (i) Tuberculosis health visitor’s recognized course. (ii) Govt. recognized degree/ diploma in Social work or Medical Social work. (iii) Successful completion of basic training course (Govt. recognized) for Multipurpose health workers

Filled applications complete in all respects along with
photocopies of all relevant certificates (proof of present permanent residence
and Caste/Category Certificate issued by appropriate authorities is must)
should be submitted in the office of DH & FW Society (O/o Civil
surgeon, Rohtak) between 09:00 am to 11:00 am on the same day of
written test of the concerned post only.
Candidate should reach for the walk-in interview & Test (written, Computer, Tally which ever applicable) and interview with all original documents/certificates in office of Civil Surgeon, Rohtak.
