Qualification and eligibility criteria for guest faculty: Good academic record with at least 55% marks at the Masters degree level in relevant subject from an Indian University, or an equivalent degree from an accredited foreign University. Besides fulfilling the above qualification, the candidates having the National Eligibility Test (NET) conducted by the UGC CSIR or SLET/SET and Ph.D is preferred.
Remuneration for guest faculty : Rs.500/- lecture and Rs.300/- per Lab period and subject to maximum of Rs. 30000/- per month.

The YMCA University of Science and Technology,
Faridabad erstwhile YMCA Institute Of Engineering, Faridabad was established in
the year 1969, as a joint venture of the National Council Of YMCAs of India,
Govt of Haryana, and the Central Agencies for Development Aid, Bonn, Germany.
It started as an Indo-German project with an aim to impart technical education
to a developing India on German pattern.
