Qualification and
Eligibility Criteria –
1. For Mission Director - 1.
An IAS Officer to be appointed by the State Government. Or 2. Officers working
in Central/ State Government in the analogous pay scales with 1st class
Bachelor & Master Degree in Engineering & Technology/ Management/
Architecture/ Pharmacy/ Science/ Mathematics/ Computer Application with minimum
22 years experience in teaching/ educational planning/ administration/ training
etc. Or 3. Persons with 1st class Bachelor & Master Degree in Engineering
& Technology/ Management/ Architecture/ Pharmacy/ Science/ Computer
Application with minimum 22 years relevant industrial experience.
2. For Executive Officer – 1. Director Technical
Education, Haryana Or 2. Officers working in Central/ State Government in the
analogous pay scales with 1st class Bachelor & Master Degree in Engineering
& Technology/ Management/ Architecture/ Pharmacy/ Science/ Mathematics/
Computer Application with minimum 20 years experience in teaching/ educational
planning/ administration/ training etc. Or 3. Persons with 1st class Bachelor
& Master Degree in Engineering & Technology/ Management/ Architecture/
Pharmacy/ Science/ Computer Application with minimum 20 years relevant
industrial experience.
3. For Joint Director
– 1. Joint
Director Technical Education Department/ Industrial Training Department ,
Haryana Or 2. Officers working in Central/ State Government in the analogous
pay scales with 1st class Bachelor & Master Degree in Engineering &
Technology/ Management/ Architecture/ Pharmacy/ Science/ Mathematics/ Computer
Application with minimum 15 years experience in teaching/ educational planning/
administration/ training etc. Or 3. Persons with 1st class Bachelor &
Master Degree in Engineering & 02 Deputation/ Outsource/ Contract
Technology/ Management/ Architecture/ Pharmacy/ Science/ Computer Application
with minimum 15 years relevant industrial experience
4. For Deputy Director- 1. Deputy Director, Technical Education
Department/ Assistant Director, Industrial Training Department , Haryana Or 2.
Officers working in Central/ State Government in the analogous pay scales with
1st class Bachelor & Master Degree in Engineering & Technology/
Management/ Architecture/ Pharmacy/ Science/ Mathematics/ Computer Application
with minimum 10 years experience in teaching/ educational planning/
administration/ training etc. Or 3. Persons with 1st class Bachelor and Master
Degree in Engineering & Technology/ Management/ Architecture/ Pharmacy/
Science/ Computer Application with minimum 10 years industrial experience in
technical/ trainings
Qualifications for
Technical Consultant-I (Manufacturing Sector): 1 st class Bachelor
Degree in Engineering & Technology with MBA from reputed institutions with
10 years of work experience in industry/ similar employment generation related
projects with orientation in Student Placements/ Large Scale Employability/
Skill Training, State Level Project Management. Desirable: i) Work experience
with NSDC/ NSDA will be preferred. ii) Excellent documentation and report
writing skills. iii) Good command in written and spoken English.
Qualifications for
Technical Consultant-I (Manufacturing Sector): 1 st class Bachelor
Degree in Engineering & Technology with MBA from reputed institutions with
10 years of work experience in industry/ similar employment generation related
projects with orientation in Student Placements/ Large Scale Employability/
Skill Training, State Level Project Management. Desirable: i) Work experience
with NSDC/ NSDA will be preferred. ii) Excellent documentation and report
writing skills. iii) Good command in written and spoken English.
6. For Project Manager/District Cocoordinator - 1 st class B.Tech. with MBA having 3 years relevant
supervisory and skilling experience
